212 Recruitment are supporting our client in recruiting an organised and proactive Administrator to join their busy Customer Service team. This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive department within a well‑established business.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
*
Processing orders and updating internal systems
*
Preparing and issuing documentation
*
Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
*
Maintaining accurate records and general administrative support
*
Assisting the Customer Service team with day‑to‑day tasks
Requirements:
*
Previous administration or customer service experience
*
Strong communication skills
*
Good attention to detail
*
Confident using Microsoft Office
*
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
An immediate start is available for the successful Administrator
