As Marketing Manager you’ll lead a talented and motivated team to plan and deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns that boost customer engagement, brand awareness and sales performance. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy across both online and offline channels ensuring that every campaign connects meaningfully with the desired audiences.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee planning, delivery and analysis while guiding creative execution and managing substantial budgets. It suits someone commercially minded, creative and data-driven in equal measure.
Key Responsibilities – Marketing Manager
* Develop and deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns that support trading plans and brand objectives
* Oversee the execution of multi-channel activity spanning digital, print, outdoor, trade and broadcast media
* Lead and mentor a talented team
* Shape and implement e-commerce and digital strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive online growth
* Analyse customer data and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation
* Manage sizeable budgets whilst ensuring effective spend allocation, forecasting and ROI reporting
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align marketing initiatives with business goals
* Create and commission content across print, digital, social and email channels
* Keep ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the marketing approach
Your Background – Marketing Manager
You’ll be an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in delivering integrated results-focused campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll combine creative thinking with strong commercial awareness able to interpret insight and data into effective strategies that drive engagement and sales.
You’ll be confident leading others, managing budgets and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Experience within complex multi-service organisations or membership-led businesses would be advantageous.
