A well-established and highly regarded Scottish law firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor to join its busy and growing team in Livingston.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a few years’ PQE who is looking for greater autonomy, high-quality work, and a genuine long-term career path within a supportive and ambitious firm.
The role will involve managing your own caseload of family matters with a strong degree of independence from the outset. The team handles a broad range of work including separation and divorce, financial provision, child-related matters, cohabitation disputes, and prenuptial agreements, acting for a varied private client base.
The firm is looking for someone who is confident running matters independently, building client relationships, and delivering a high standard of client service. In return, there is significant scope for progression, with a clear pathway through to senior leadership and partnership for the right individual.
