We’re now looking for a talented Sous Chef to bring energy, organisation, and flavour to our kitchen, supporting the Executive Chef and helping to drive standards, consistency, and team development. Running shifts and supporting the Executive Chef in all areas of kitchen management Overseeing preparation, cooking, and service to ensure quality and consistency Assisting with new menu ideas, seasonal dishes, and daily specials Managing stock, ordering, and food cost controls Training, coaching, and developing junior chefs Maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, food safety, and compliance What Do You Need? Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a busy, quality-driven kitchen Excellent leadership, organisational, and time management skills Creativity and passion for seasonal, modern cooking Calm under pressure with a team-first approach A genuine love for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences WHAT DO WE OFFER?
