What You Will Do
* Conduct thorough assessments and deliver brief interventions for service users.
* Provide both short-term and long-term keyworking support for clients under the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
* Assist with Duty Team coverage to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
* Engage with clients compassionately, offering practical support and helping them on their mental health journey.
