About the Role:
You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our team. To support the Quality Manager in improving Quality within our services by managing risk, auditing, problem-solving, offering innovative solutions and driving continual improvement. The successful applicant will gain experience in managing and reviewing the company's processes and procedures, as well as their effective use. Using this experience, you will ensure we fulfil our contractual and regulatory requirements of our customers and stakeholders through quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and continuous improvement activities. The successful applicant will gain in depth knowledge and understanding of all business areas.
In addition to the vocational aspects of the role the applicant will undergo a Level 4 Quality Practitioner apprenticeship. Each day is different so you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.
What You Will Be Doing:
♦Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
Monitoring and supporting the development of Quality policies and procedures within Baywater Healthcare
Maintaining the risk register
Assisting in the delivery of Quality Management Reviews
Conduction of departmental and supplier audits, identification and sharing of continual improvement requirements
Supporting continual improvement projects
Monitoring of stakeholder feedback, identifying root cause and guiding improvement opportunities
Assisting the patient advice liaison team with investigations as needed
Supporting Quality reporting and interpretation of report findings
Assisting with risk management
About You:
