As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and driven Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life across digital and traditional marketing channels.
Role Overview:
You will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth for Gardenesque. You will be responsible for organic content creation across social media channels and email campaigns. This is a highly rewarding role that offers invaluable marketing experience across a range of disciplines, both B2B and B2C. Candidates will have acquired 3+years of experience in a marketing, social media or content role and be creative but highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and work closely with multiple teams to deliver the brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation & Social Media:
* Develop and execute a creative content plan for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube and LinkedIn).
* Create, schedule and manage engaging content across these platforms that showcase our products, share gardening inspiration, and highlight brand stories.
* Create engaging, high quality short form video content to be used in product stories and reels
* Monitor social trends and generate fresh ideas to enhance audience engagement.
* Collaborate with designers and photographers to produce high-quality visual content.
* Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, UGC content creators and like minded brands to create exciting content through the year.
* Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of marketing activities across the digital platforms.
* Be the voice of our brand – comment and engage with customers on our social channels.
* SMS/Email Marketing:
* Plan, design, and execute SMS/email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new audiences.
* Segment audiences to deliver personalized and relevant content.
* Analyse SMS/email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved open and click-through rates.
* PR
* Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials
* Identify media opportunities and pitch story ideas to relevant publications.
What We’re Looking For:
* A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and an eye for visual detail.
* Proven experience in a marketing, social media or content role, ideally within a consumer-facing or lifestyle brand.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and a track record of driving engagement.
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
* Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
* Proven experience of creating video/photo content for social media, you don’t have to be a pro but we’re looking for someone who can help us make video more prominent through social
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Interest in the gardening, home, or outdoor living sectors is a plus.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
