We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and driven, 'hands-on' Conference and Events Manager to join the management team at this stunning luxury countryside Conference, Events & wedding venue.
As the Conference and Events Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing a wide range of corporate and private functions and events at the venue, which is renowned for hosting weddings due to its stunning countryside location.
The primary responsibility of the Conference and Events Manager will be to ensure that each guest experiences an exceptional level of service, consistently maintaining the highest standards. This is very much a 'face of the business' role, and therefore requires excellent client and staff communication skills.
As a key member of the management team the Conference and Events Manager will serve as the 'go-to' person for support, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
About you:
Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of delivering 5-star quality service to a discerning clientele.
A proven track record working as a Conference and Events Manager, gained in hotels, events focused venues or event companies is essential for success in this role.
Display a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and enhancing the guest experience.
Comfortable taking a hands-on approach to daily operations, leading by example to inspire your team.
