We have a new opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to work in the North West region, managing a range of clients to ensure retention and increase of their fire and security spend. This role will include but is not limited to the items below: - Client Management ensuring retention and increase of their fire and security spend. - To visit client sites and conduct sales meetings. - Understanding the clients individual needs and addressing these accordingly. - Develop an individual sales plan for each client, building rapport with clients to ensure long term revenue growth. - Respond promptly to quotation requests and any client queries. - Take ownership of the client in all aspects relating to the administration, sales and service delivery process, ensuring the client is given the highest level of customer service. - To represent EDSB in a professional manner at all times. - Sell the full range of fire and security services across an existing base of clients and achieve increased sales through management of clients. - Meet agreed targets on a monthly basis. - Meet agreed number of client appointments to be attended per month. - Ensure Quotebank is updated weekly. Required Skills: - Successful account management track record in the services sector, specifically the development of existing business. -Ability to communicate clearly at all levels. -Good attention to detail. -Commercially astute. -Customer focused approach. -Ability to plan and organise across all aspects of the role, be able to plan and prepare and conduct effective sales calls and meetings. -Current, clean, UK driving licence. -Excellent organisation, written and numerical skills. -Excellent timekeeping and time management skills. -Ability to work in a high pressure environment and react to rapidly changing circumstances. -Willingness to go the extra mile.
