B&M Retail is recruiting for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team at Birmingham Road, Stratford. This is a permanent, part‑time role working 20 hours per week with flexible shift patterns from 5pm to 10pm.
Responsibilities
* Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
* Support the management team to ensure the warehouse remains clean and organised.
* Ensure that all staff comply with our Health & Safety policies.
* Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
* Be passionate about delivering great customer service.
Qualifications
* Experience supervising or managing a small team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
* Strong organisational skills.
* The ability to think on your feet.
* A flexible approach and a "can do" attitude.
