Role Overview:
As part of our exciting growth journey, we’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven Digital Paid Media Manager to join our expanding marketing team. This newly created role is a strategic hire, following a decision to bring our PPC and paid media activity in-house for the first time.
You’ll take full ownership of planning, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across search and social platforms, working across multiple brands and customer segments. This is a rare opportunity to shape a role from the ground up, build internal capability, and make a direct impact on ROI and business growth.
You’ll join a friendly and forward-thinking team based in Sheffield, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn).
2. Take full ownership of budget management, ensuring efficient spend and pacing across channels in line with monthly and quarterly performance goals.
