As a team, we pride ourselves on challenging and developing our graduates with a rotation plan that provides exposure to a breadth of engineering across exciting projects in Formula 1 and Advanced Technology. During your time on the Graduate scheme, depending on your skills, you may work in departments such as:
* Electronics Engineering: pushing electrical efficiency, designing electronic concepts for power train control, high power motor inverters, battery management systems, DCDC converters; sensor integration; performance investigations; collaboration with mechanical teams for optimal packaging.
* Test Engineering: recreating racetrack environments, designing test rigs to push components and systems to their limits, validating simulations.

What do we need from you?
* A curious, tenacious, and driven individual eager to work in a fast-paced environment
* A 2.1 degree or above in Electrical/Electronics/Software Engineering or related field
* Strong academic background in relevant disciplines like Maths or Sciences
* Understanding of engineering principles
* Practical, hands-on experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivation, adaptability, creativity
* Courage to challenge and desire to learn
