You'll be supporting an organisation's Bristol office.
Your new role
You will provide vital administrative and organisational support to senior team members, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily operations:
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of senior staff
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
Events management
Assisting with event planning and internal communications
Maintaining filing systems and office supplies
Supporting ad hoc projects and tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A proactive and flexible approach to work
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Previous experience in a personal assistant position is required.
