Our client, a reputable family-run garage in Poole, is actively seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join their expanding team. Duties
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults utilizing advanced diagnostic tools
* Carry out complex repairs, including clutch replacements, cambelt and timing belt changes, and engine work
* Support and mentor junior technicians to foster team development
* Keep abreast of evolving vehicle technologies through continuous professional development
* Maintain workshop efficiency and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Adhere to manufacturer standards and quality benchmarks in all work performed
Requirements
* Qualified Vehicle or Diagnostic Technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of modern vehicle diagnostic systems and heavy mechanical skills
* Ability to work confidently both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Willingness to develop skills through ongoing training
* Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering top-quality workmanship
