We’re looking for an organised and proactive Compliance & Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a key role supporting the smooth onboarding, payroll, and compliance processes for our agency and NAECI workforce. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining the highest standards of compliance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the onboarding process for agency workers, including preparing contracts, completing reference checks, and managing timesheet submissions.
Support the onboarding of NAECI workforce, ensuring full compliance with the Supplementary Project Agreement.
Maintain and update the candidate database, reviewing talent pool applications and supporting ongoing recruitment activities.
Prepare and manage invoices related to payroll and other business operations.
Calculate and process NAECI payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide support for payroll queries, resolving issues efficiently.
Ensure full compliance with recruitment processes, company policies, and NAECI standards.
Carry out general administrative and office duties to support day-to-day operations.
Manage CV parsing and data entry to maintain accurate candidate records.

What we’re looking for:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Previous experience in recruitment administration, payroll, or compliance (NAECI experience is an advantage but not essential).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
A team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
