About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to join a new start-up community project. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to play a key role in building and growing a brand from the ground up.
As the Videographer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that engages audiences and drives traffic towards our community platforms. This includes managing the full content cycle: filming, editing, and scheduling.
Responsibilities
• Film engaging and professional video content for online platforms.
• Edit videos to a high standard, ensuring they are optimised for social media and community growth.
• Schedule and manage content across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate on creative concepts and strategies to increase reach and visibility.
• Work closely with the founder to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
Requirements
• Based in the Midlands, UK.
• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills.
• Access to professional camera equipment and editing software.
• Understanding of social media platforms and content optimisation.
• Ability to work independently, with reliability and consistency.
Compensation
This is a profit-sharing role. Payment will be structured as a 60/40 split in favour of the videographer, offering you direct reward for your contribution and creativity. As the community grows, so does your earning potential.
