The role As Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, profitable and timely delivery of several projects, acting as the main contractual and commercial lead for clients and the internal project teams. You will oversee project planning, contract administration and risk, while providing clear leadership to Project Managers and Site Managers. Projects include a new pier, dockyard schemes and coastal stabilisation. Key responsibilities * You will lead delivery of multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, time and cost targets are met. Administer NEC/JCT (or similar) contracts, managing change, risk and commercial outcomes. * Oversee programmes and resourcing, intervening early to keep projects on track. * Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and the supply chain. * Provide leadership, support and coaching to Project and Site Managers. Candidate profile You will ideally have worked as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager with main‑contractor background, have strong contract and commercial knowledge (e.g. NEC, JCT), be a confident leader and be able to coordinate multiple teams and projects.
