Working as part of a wider Business Support Team, you will provide essential administrative assistance across the firm, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of client service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing client onboarding and administrative processes
* Preparing draft invoices and credit notes
* Producing correspondence and final client documentation
* Supporting mailshots and ad hoc projects
* Printing, photocopying, and binding documents
* Providing reception cover during busy periods and staff absence
* Assisting with general administrative duties across the business
* Opportunity to develop into PA-level responsibilities over time
