We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Commercial Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will not only handle inbound sales calls, emails, and leads from our website but also take a proactive role in generating new business through outbound sales and networking. Responsibilities:
· Respond to inbound sales calls, emails and leads, converting them into sales opportunities.
· Identify proactively and approach potential new customers through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
· Develop and execute a structured introduction and outreach plan to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
· Research, qualify, and target new prospects to expand the customer base.
· Track outreach and conversion metrics to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
· Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products or services.
· Provide customers with tailored advice, product information, and solutions to meet their needs.
· Follow up on leads and enquiries to maximise sales.
· Collaborate with the management teams on regular basis to ensure a seamless customer journey.
· Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends to deliver the best possible service.
· Ensure all leads and RFQs are answered promptly
· Available for travel opportunities, to meet and visit customers
The ideal candidate will have:
· At least 3 years' experience in sales, outbound/cold calling: proven track record (required), preferably handling inbound sales calls, emails and leads.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with potential and existing customers.
· Experience in brokering and up-selling products or services.
· Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently.
· Ability to learn in house software and comfortable knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Pay: £30,000 per year
