Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support
Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our client in the Public Sector, who is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 24-month assignment.
Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working
The ideal candidate will hold active SC clearance and have a proven background in IT Service Desk support, along with the following skills and experience:
* Experience in 1st Line Support, specifically within the Service Desk, Incident, and Request Fulfilment processes, as well as a strong understanding of priority classifications and SLAs.
* Experience supporting End-User Computing (EUC) and collaborating with 2nd Line teams.
* Experience in incident triage and resolution.
* Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications, including but not limited to Windows Server 2012, Exchange 2013, Windows 10, Office 365, and general networking technologies.
* Working knowledge of remote working technologies such as MSTSC, MSRA, and iLO. -
