Finance Manager job summary
We are looking to appoint an exceptional Finance Manager to lead our Finance team. Working closely with our School Business Manager the successful candidate will manage all school financial processes, both income and expenditure, including pay adjustments and expenses, banking, reconciliations and VAT. Previous experience of working in a school finance position would be an advantage but it is not essential as training and support on our financial software will be provided. The successful candidate must possess a willingness to learn and be confident in Microsoft Word and Excel, well organised, with a "can do" approach, excellent attention to detail and highly self-motivated.
This is a full time position for 37 hours per week, 52 weeks, however for the right candidate there is the possibility of term time plus weeks to be agreed in school holidays
