Job Description
3. Ensure compliance with SHE legislation, CDM regulations, and internal policies.
4. Maintain and improve SHE management systems (ISO 14001, 45001).
5. Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
6. Lead incident investigations and produce root cause reports.
7. Provide expert coaching to project teams and supply chain partners.
8. Review RAMS and project plans for SHE compliance.
9. Deliver toolbox talks and champion behavioural safety initiatives.
10. Contribute SHE expertise to bids and pre-construction planning.
11. Liaise with regulatory bodies and promote a positive SHE culture.
The Successful Applicant
12. NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
13. NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Health & Safety.
14. Strong understanding of SHE legislation and construction practices.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SHE platforms (e.g., Airsweb).
16. Excellent communication and coaching skills.
17. Willingness to develop knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 & BSR.
