We're seeking a highly-motivated integrated marketer to join the fast growing Group Subscriptions business. Bloomberg.com group subscriptions enables leading global corporations, government agencies, universities and more to purchase large quantities of Bloomberg.com digital subscriptions for their employees, members and students. In this role, you'll bring to life marketing initiatives across various outbound channels to convert, engage, upsell and retain this growing audience of group subscribers. You'll work with partners across the company to deliver innovative marketing strategies across paid digital channels, Bloomberg event integrations and owned channels to drive maximum revenue. You are motivated by the idea of both iterating existing strategies and building something net-new. You are an innovative problem solver who always puts the customer first. We'll trust you to: - Deliver marketing campaigns across paid and unpaid channels to drive quality leads for the Sales Organization, optimizing strategies to increase revenue - Generate and distribute clear and insightful reporting to show impact of projects - Partner closely with other marketers across Bloomberg eg. Lifecycle to drive activation and engagement of the Academic and Corporate client base - Work with the client success team to deliver marketing support for existing clients that increases the activation and engagement rates of our growing group subscriber base, including meeting with clients in tandem with client success teams to design impactful campaigns for their users You'll need to have: - Strong understanding of engagement tactics, personalization, and marketing automation - Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing roles with experience working across digital and physical campaign activations - Hands-on experience working with an enterprise-level CRM such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc. - Experience with email campaign management using an enterprise level ESP - Stellar written and verbal English communication skills with an eye for good marketing copy - Experience as a driven marketing athlete who is guided by data, and has strong analytical and quantitative skills - Ability to execute at a high level with a high degree of ownership and attention to detail. - A personal interest in news, current events, and the worlds of business/finance We'd love to see: - B2B or B2B2C experience - Experience working alongside a client facing sales team Life at Bloomberg is many things, but it's never dull.
