We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team at The Littleton Arma, Penkridge. The ideal candidate will have a background in bartending, and ideally kitchen operations, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
Duties
* Supervise and coordinate team members in service
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
* Oversee bar operations to maintain efficiency and quality
* Train and mentor staff on best practices in serving and customer service
* Manage inventory levels and assist in order supplies as needed
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
* Previous experience in bartending and kitchen environments
* Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership
* Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
* Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success
* Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
