Why work with us: -Competitive salary -Up to 30 days holiday allowance with the option to buy additional days -Death in Service benefit of x4 salary -Company pension scheme -Enhanced maternity and paternity leave packages -A flexible benefits package which allows you to add additional benefits to your overall package -Our benefits portal offers discounts on technology & electronics, cinemas, restaurants, days out, mortgage advice, travel and many more -Purpose built, modern office with free parking and on-site subsidised bistro -Job referral scheme -Discounted rates on PIB products -We offer a first-class employee benefits and welfare package to support our employees with financial management, cycle to work scheme, counselling support, health screening, will writing, menopause support, books, stopping smoking and much more -If supporting the local community, engaging with charities and having the opportunity to ‘give something back’ interests you, you have the opportunity to take an extra day to support this with a Volunteering day. -We also offer a wide range of discounts including a kids pass – giving you discount to over 4500 attractions and activities, discounts at hairdressers and beauticians, climate change projects with lots of other options to choose -PIB has a comprehensive learning & development framework, including professional study options and apprenticeships which are available to all employees, and which will support your career development -Being a part of our PIB Community Trust, we support fundraising where you can apply for grants from PIB Group towards your chosen charity Key Responsibilities: -Completion of required Rent Guarantee support tasks by administering new and existing Rent Guarantee policies for all Rent Guarantee customers via phone and or email. -Be responsible for all letting agent and landlord queries in relation to our Rent Guarantee products whilst working closely to the Sales team. -Ensure SLAs are met, and customers feel that they are receiving a “best in class” service. -Action all agent queries and requests ensuring focus on delivering and achieving all required SLAs for all processes. -Be accountable and take ownership to resolve customers issues and provide solutions for all customers ensuring the customer is happy. -Support Rent Guarantee policy retention by completing all required retention activity ensuring ‘we do not lose a single customer and policy’. -Raise to line manager any efficiencies and better ways of working identified that support the delivery of a best-in-class journey and service to our customers. -Ensure that you are providing information & training on none and FCA regulated insurance products in a non-advised manner to enable customers to reach informed decisions to purchase. -Complete accurately CRM systems to record activity and progress whilst ensuring customer details are kept up to date and accurate and a robust audit trail is maintained. -Update all necessary logs, trackers, and databases to record information to provide adequate MI and audit trails. -Ensure Compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by the FCA by keeping up to date with all changes. -Report immediately all risks and breaches identified within the team, all incidents/breaches/loss events and near miss reports of which they become aware and any significant issues of irreconcilable dispute with the line management. Ensuring that they are dealt with through to satisfactory closure. -Ensure you are providing accurate and effective records of customer interaction demonstrating a clear and consistent approach whilst supporting a robust audit trail. -Take full ownership of Complaints and grumbles – investigating and resolving queries and issues raised whilst driving change. -Escalate key risks and issues to the management team where required. -Build good working relationships across the Sales team and teams within the business and everyone embodies the value of United as one team. -Take full ownership of individual performance and personal development. -Fully embrace all the company Values of, Customer centricity, Accountable actions, Empowerment for growth, Innovation Pioneers and United as one team. Qualifications and Skills: -Proven sales experience – you love hitting (and smashing!) targets. -Confident communicator & influencer – you know how to close deals! -Resilient, self-motivated & results-driven – winners thrive here! -Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. -Experience in outbound sales, call centre, or telesales is a plus!
