Im Elijah Will You Be Part of My Team? Hello! My name is Elijah. Im 12 years old and live at home in Charlton and spend time in Welling with the other members of my family. I love music, sensory play, spending time with my family and going on fun outings.
I have complex medical needs: I have Cerebral Palsy (CP), epilepsy, with over 30 seizures a day, and I am non-verbal. I use a wheelchair and am PEG fed, which means I need support with all my meals. Due to these needs, I rely entirely on adults for daily tasks such as personal care, mobility, therapy and safety. Im looking for a team of skilled, compassionate carers who can provide high-quality, person-centred care in my family home.
This is more than just a job. Its an opportunity to make a real difference. Youll help me get ready in the morning, support me with my therapies, manage my seizures and make sure I am comfortable, safe and happy both during the day and at night. If you are experienced, reliable and genuinely passionate about helping others, we would love to hear from you.
We have 18-month fixed-term contracts and bank hours available. Shifts include:
