The opportunity
We’re looking for a Knowledgebase Lead to help make information, systems and ways of working simpler, clearer and more effective across the business.
This role is all about bringing clarity to complexity. You’ll make sure important knowledge is captured, kept up to date and easy for colleagues and advisers to access — helping people do their jobs well and supporting the wider goals of the organisation.
You’ll work closely with teams across the business, turning detailed or technical information into clear, practical content that’s easy to understand and use.
This is a 9-month fixed term role with the requirement to be in the Swindon office 3 days a week.
The benefits:
1. Salary - up to £38,000
2. Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%
3. Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%
4. Critical illness cover
5. Income protection - 1x salary
6. Death in service - 4x salary
7. 27 days holiday + bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy up to an additional 10 days
8. A range of other flexible benefits to include private medical insurance, dental insurance and much more.
What you’ll be doing

10. Working with teams across the business to gather information and keep it accurate
11. Turning complex processes and ideas into clear, user‑friendly guidance
12. Keeping content up to date and supporting regular reviews
13. Helping improve digital tools and platforms so they work better for users
14. Supporting a smooth, joined‑up experience for advisers
15. Using insights and data to help inform better decisions
16. Building strong relationships and helping solve everyday challenges
What will you need to succeed?
You don’t need to tick every box — we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, information and improvement.
17. Experience supporting digital, operational or business change
18. Confidence creating or managing written content, guidance or documentation
19. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
20. An organised, practical approach and good attention to detail
21. Comfortable using everyday tools like Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
22. Experience working in a regulated environment is helpful, but not essential
