The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales strategy, drive team performance, and ensure sustainable business growth. This is a senior leadership role with a balance of strategic oversight, team development, and performance accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement company-wide sales strategies to drive revenue and market presence.
Lead, mentor, and support sales managers and advisors, building high-performing teams.
Monitor performance, track KPIs, and act decisively to maintain growth targets.
Ensure structured development pathways for future leaders within the sales function.
Work closely with the Strategic Partnerships and Operations teams to identify and secure new client acquisition opportunities.
Collaborate with operations, HR, and leadership to align sales activity with business priorities.
Maintain the highest standards of client service, professionalism, and compliance.
Drive revenue growth through high-quality performance, strong commercial focus, and consistent achievement of targets.
Lead and manage the team to deliver excellent client service, ensuring strong customer retention and long-term relationship success.

Proven experience as a senior sales director with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
