Interim Asset Investment Manager (6-Month Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Asset Investment Manager to support the delivery of a major asset investment programme on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to make an immediate impact in housing and asset management.
The Role:
* Oversee the delivery of planned investment and compliance programmes.
* Lead and support a team of surveyors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high customer service standards.
* Manage contractors, budgets, and performance, ensuring value for money and compliance.
* Drive improvements in service delivery and operational performance.
About You:
* Strong background in asset investment, construction, or property maintenance.
* Proven experience managing multi-site projects, budgets, and teams.
* Excellent project management, contract management, and leadership skills.
* Housing sector knowledge and customer-focused approach.
This is an interim contract (initially 6 months) with a competitive day rate.
