Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Maintenance:
* Complete monthly operational checklists (start, beginning, and end of month).
* Conduct routine checks: fire extinguishers, emergency lights, first aid supplies, cardio equipment, and vending machines.
* Oversee cleaning schedules, deep cleaning, and maintain a tidy gym.
* Perform periodic tasks like legionella descaling, financial assessments, and air conditioning services.
Administration:
* Update marketing materials (inspiration boards, cardio screens, and feedback boards).
* Order and restock supplies (cleaning, stationery, coffee machine, and merchandise).
* Log suggestion cards and maintain accurate member records.
Customer Engagement:
* Provide excellent customer service and address member inquiries.
* Organize lost property disposal and contact members regarding merchandise pickups.
* Support group class attendance tracking and assist with event planning.
Working Hours:
* Part-time: 20 Hours minimum per week.
Requirements:
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Previous administrative or gym experience (preferred but not required).
