Main Grade Lecturer – ESOL (2 posts available)
This role is within our ESOL Colindale team, which is friendly and supportive. Staff receive support from their manager, two dedicated course leaders and a highly experienced teaching and learning coach.
One post will be permanent (0.5 FTE) and the second will be a fixed‑term contract providing maternity leave cover (0.5 FTE).
The successful applicant will deliver ESOL and Digital Skills classes and act as course tutor for adult and 16‑18 ESOL groups.
Requirements include relevant teaching experience; a dynamic, inspiring and engaging approach to teaching and learning; strong team‑working, classroom facilitation and management skills; excellent organisational skills; and the ability to comply with College requirements including planning, assessment, maintaining accurate records and conducting education plan reviews.
