A day in the life of a Property Lister
14. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders
15. A focus on generating new and repeat business
16. Gaining new instructions for properties to market

18. Completing contracts on properties

20. Preparing brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions

Essential Skills of a Property Lister
24. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
25. Experience as an Estate Agent who is ready to the next step in their career
26. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
27. Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
28. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
29. Ability to work under own initiative
30. Good telephone manner
31. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
