AM2PM are currently seeking experienced Performance Coaches to work for our client based in Crick. Our client are a leading third party logistics and fulfillment solutions company looking to expand their talented workforce. As a performance coach, you will be responsible for supporting the performance manager and site management teams as well as the engagement of agency colleagues throughout their peak period.
Hours of Work & Pay:
AM - 8am to 4pm, £14.18 per hour
PM - 4pm to 12am, £14.86 per hour
NIGHTS 12am - 8am, £15.25 per hour
Duties & Responsibilities:
Closely monitor the performance of new starters whilst liaising with the Performance Manager to increase productivity on the shop floor
Support with performance improvement reviews where necessary when associates fall under the desired performance levels.
Regularly engage with the workforce as part of ongoing staff welfare
Complete daily shift floor-walk reports
Develop strong relationships with site management including Team Leaders and Supervisors.
Support with daily staff check-ins and attend daily management briefs.
Support end of shift movement of agency colleagues in exiting the building and ensuring high productivity in final hour of shift.
Ensure all H&S site rules are being adhered to.
De-escalating any issues and conflict resolution
Monitoring and enforcing strike policy for phone usage
Regular checks of toilet facilities

Qualifications/Experience:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is essential, previous experience as a performance coach is desirable
