We have a vacancy for an important role supporting strategic leaders within our organisation. As Personal Assistant (PA) Team Leader you will work directly with strategic leaders to enable effective operations for the Service. You will proactively support Directors ensuring high levels of standards are maintained at all times.
This is an opportunity for an experienced PA who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment : someone who is highly organised, able to use initiative and maintain confidentiality.
The Role:
As our PA Team Leader you will:
:Work closely with senior managers to provide support to a range of programmes, commitments and meetings.
:Ensure that all documentation produced is accurate, prioritised to meet changing deadlines and delivered within agreed timescales.
:Compile and issue meeting papers, taking minutes at various meetings and chase actions to ensure the timely and accurate resolution.
:Produce, maintain and improve quality and presentation of documents to provide an effective and efficient service that is consistent with the corporate image of HIWFRS.
:Manage the Executive Support Team, ensuring development needs are met and workloads are managed to ensure that the changing priorities and demands of senior managers and the Service are met.
:Be proactive and use initiative in anticipating needs, making arrangements and putting procedures in place to ensure senior managers are prepared for their commitments.
:Champion high standards, innovation, inclusion and our Core Values : ensuring they are lived and embedded across everything we do.
About You
You're someone with outstanding organistaional skills, with experience of supporting senior managers at an executive level and will have the confidence to work with confidential sensitive issues. You'll be able to prioritise, deliver with precision, always demonstrating professionalism and credibility.

:Ability to plan, manage and prioritise workloads and staff resources.
:Confidence to use own initiative and complete and prioritise work independently.
:Experience of working in an environment requiring attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
:Experience of arranging meetings and minute taking.
:Ability to form and maintain positive working relationships to foster confidence and trust.
