Job Overview
As a Client Manager, you will be the main point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring delivery of high-quality tailored services. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
* Manage client accounts to meet agreed goals and service timelines.
* Provide strategic recommendations aligned with client needs.
* Quickly resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Prepare client reports and presentations for stakeholders.
* Support business growth within assigned accounts.
* Mentor junior colleagues and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in client or account management, preferably within financial or professional services.
* Professional accounting or tax qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to manage own portfolio of clients independently.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
* Highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
