We're looking for an experienced
Category Manager
to join our Sourcing & Procurement team. You'll play a key role in shaping category strategies, driving cost savings, and delivering value across the business.
What you'll do:
* Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and demand.
* Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting activity.
* Drive savings through demand aggregation, standardisation, and reducing tail spend.
* Bring market insights, innovation, and best practice into actionable plans.
What we're looking for:
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – confident presenting and building relationships.
* Experience leading multiple large-scale projects.
* (Desirable)
CIPS qualification
or knowledge of the
Public Procurement Act
.
* Proactive, commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
