Our 40-bed care home is nestled in a quiet residential area, providing specialist dementia care in a peaceful and secure environment. Main Duties
1. Main responsibilities involve being a supportive and important member of a caring team, participating fully in the delivery of care with quality and standard.
2. You will be responsible for the wellbeing of residents and their needs.
3. Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, personal hygiene, and helping with meals.
4. Encouraging residents' independence, dignity, and respect as well as choice by providing the highest level of care.
5. Completing care records and keeping them up-to-date and accurate.
6. Undertaking ongoing training.
Qualifications
1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team.
2. A respectful, courteous, and compassionate nature with a willingness to undertake any aspects of care or non-care duties.
3. A belief in always giving your personal best and striving for continuous improvement.
