The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of specialist HVAC equipment, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction at all times.
Key responsibilities
* Installing, commissioning, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems and Mechanical Pumps
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues within their product range and root cause analysis
* Provide concise and accurate reports on work performed on-site, completing all associated job paperwork accurately and on time
* Providing excellent on-site customer support and technical advice
* Identifying opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services
* Supporting internal teams with detailed fault analysis and reporting
* Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and ISO standards

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a field service engineering role
* Strong knowledge of Mechanical Pumps/HVAC systems (essential)
* Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical processes, particularly within relevant industries such as manufacturing, construction, or mechanical services.
* Mechanical and/or electrical engineering background
* 18th Edition (desirable)
* Valid CSCS card (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and customer-facing skills
* Ability to work independently in a field-based role
