We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Intermediate Care Worker in our fully integrated health and social care Intermediate care service at the Bellfield Centre. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and person-centred worker who can demonstrate strong values and a desire to work in partnership to improve outcomes for people using the service.
The Bellfield Centre is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Supply Intermediate Care Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with experience as a Social Care Assistant and who is passionate about making a real difference to people using our fully integrated health and social care Intermediate care service at the Bellfield Centre.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and person-centred worker who can demonstrate strong values and a desire to work in partnership to improve outcomes for people using the service. You must have experience of providing professional care and support to older people and have knowledge and understanding of Intermediate care. Good organisational and communication skills, along with a commitment to teamwork, are essential.
Completion of SVQ Level 3 in Social Care is essential for this post.
This is a supply/relief post with no set hours, providing essential cover for sickness and annual leave. A flexible approach to working is therefore essential.
