You'll sit at the intersection of culture, data and storytelling. Turning audience insight into clear, opinionated creative strategies that actually cut through.
What you'll own
* Creative strategy across multiple client accounts
* Campaign concepts, territories and messaging frameworks
* Briefs that actually inspire - not confuse
* Platform-first thinking (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
* Audience insight and cultural intelligence
* Creative testing frameworks and hypotheses
* Close collaboration with creative, growth and media teams
What you bring
1. 3-5 years in creative / brand / content strategy
2. Strong portfolio showing thinking behind the work
3. Deep understanding of culture + platform behaviour
