What You’ll Do
As our Regional Facilities Manager, you will:
1. Collaborate with the Head of Estates to deliver top-tier property maintenance.
2. Supervise and mentor maintenance teams, fostering growth and excellence.
3. Experience of managing and first hand involvement of reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
4. Oversee contractors and ensure all works meet safety and compliance standards.
5. Drive improvements in facilities operations, from audit processes to contractor performance.
What You’ll Bring
6. Experience: Proven leadership and practical technical know how in facilities management across multi-site environments
7. Skills: Technical expertise, excellent communication, and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
8. Qualifications: Desirable certifications in Facilities Management and Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH).
9. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building services, health and safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
