We are a forward-thinking AEC recruitment agency. Our team delivers permanent recruitment solutions across the full life cycle of projects exclusively in the USA, covering Architecture, Engineering, and Construction.


With continued growth, we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our London team.


As a young and fast-growing firm, maintaining a strong culture is essential. We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, professionalism, and creativity to how we attract and hire great people - someone who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit environment.


Your day-to-day will include:

* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role brief, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
* Partnering closely with directors to understand hiring priorities and team needs, then delivering tailored talent strategies.
* Developing and executing creative sourcing approaches. From LinkedIn and outreach campaigns to proactive talent pipelining.
* Acting as an ambassador for TYG, strengthening our employer brand and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and culture.
* Providing market insights on talent availability, compensation, and competitor activity to inform hiring decisions.
* Continuously improving processes, introducing best practices to streamline hiring as we scale.


What we’re looking for in you:

* Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within staffing, sales, or professional services.
* A strong understanding of sourcing strategies and what high-performing talent looks like.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - confident working with multiple stakeholders.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
* A creative thinker with an eye for employer branding and candidate experience.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to help shape the future of TYG.
