HOURS OF WORK AND LOCATION
Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm and Friday, 9am – 4pm.
Hybrid working, 3 days in head office and 2 working from home
Please note: during induction you will be required in the office full-time
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Providing day to day support and advice to managers on all employee related matters such as disciplinary issues, grievances, performance, absence management and ill health.
* Providing support and coaching to our managers dealing with HR issues and ensuring that HR issues are managed proactively and concluded in a timely manner.
* Continuously working to up-skill our managers in ensuring consistency and compliance in the handling of HR matters.
* Contribute to the continuous review and improvement of HR practices and processes.
