Your new role
Contract Type: Temporary (Agency)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (flexible working, typically 9:00–17:00)
Salary: £25,000 per annum (approximately £ per hour)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Lettings Coordinator to join our busy Lettings & Tenancy Sustainment Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers.
As a Lettings Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring properties are marketed effectively, let promptly, and customers are supported throughout the process. You’ll be responsible for coordinating viewings, sign-ups, and tenancy checks, while working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient lettings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market and promote available properties using creative and innovative approaches, including social media.
2. Coordinate pre-tenancy interviews, property viewings, and sign-up appointments.
3. Carry out affordability checks and assist customers with securing rent in advance where needed.
4. Ensurepliance with relevant legislation, including Housing Benefit and Universal Credit.
5. Maintain accurate records and manage administration for new lets and relets.
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support tenancy sustainability and customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach.
8. Good knowledge of housing management functions and lettings legislation.
9. Understanding of Choice-Based Lettings.
10. Excellent IT skills, including CRM systems.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

13. Experience marketing properties.
14. Previous experience working with vulnerable customers.
