We are a firm of accountants looking for a Permanent Junior Administrator as an assistant to the Office Manager.
We are looking for somebody who is:
* A good listener;
* Can take instructions well;
* Well organised;
* Competent in the Microsoft office package.
Duties include - but not limited to:
* Reception duties;
* Filing/Scanning;
* Letter writing;
* Arranging appointments;
* Adhoc admin duties.
Training will be given on internal programmes.
The position is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (with an hour unpaid lunch break).
