Are you a creative and talented Teacher of Performing Arts?
Here at Principal Resourcing, we have a wonderful opportunity for a passionate Performing Arts Teacher to join the vibrant school community at one of our partnership Secondary Academies based in Castleford (WF10). You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, challenging lessons for students across key stages 3 and 4.
The school is a mixed, non-selective Secondary School and Sixth-Form providing a varied and inclusive curriculum for students aged 11-18. Part of the Castleford Academy Trust, they support staff and pupils to develop their talents through positive wellbeing and outstanding learning opportunities. You will join a welcoming team, providing ongoing maternity cover for one academic year.
The full-time role is expected to commence September 2025, with an earlier start date negotiable for the right applicant. We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced Teachers. The salary is up to £230 per day, dependent on experience.
We are seeking a Teacher with:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
* Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or willingness to obtain one
* Right to Work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available
