Join Our Clinical Team
This is an exciting time to join our clinical team as we undergo service transformation and development. We’re investing in a wide range of roles within the clinical team to support outreach and engagement with children, young people, and families.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate nurses to provide Children / Young People (CYP’s) palliative care as part of a multidisciplinary team at Chestnut Tree House care team. Children’s palliative care involves delivering short respite breaks aimed at having fun and living well with life-limited conditions, as well as end-of-life care.
Our team includes adult, learning disability, and paediatric nurses. We welcome newly qualified nurses. No prior experience in palliative care or paediatrics is required, as we offer comprehensive development and preceptorship programs along with in-house training to support staff in achieving clinical skills.
We strive for excellence and have new initiatives supporting transition, palliative care, learning disabilities, patient experience, and patient safety. You will have opportunities to develop skills and contribute to these areas.
Note: Due to the remote location and limited public transport, access to your own transport is essential.
