Do you want to use your expertise to support parents through vital public law children matters?
You'll represent parents in care and supervision proceedings, managing a varied caseload with strong client care. You'll join our respected Childcare Team across Birmingham and Wolverhampton, working collaboratively to deliver impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent parents in public law children cases.
* Manage a busy, varied caseload.
* Undertake advocacy with support.
* Work collaboratively across offices.
* Contribute to team development.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with litigation rights.
* Experience in public law children work.
* Strong client care and teamwork skills.
* Able to manage a busy caseload.
* Advocacy experience desirable.
