The Role:
* Full-time, long-term position with an immediate start
* Supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom and through targeted interventions
* Working closely with class teachers and support staff to deliver tailored learning plans
* Encouraging pupil progress, independence, and confidence
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
About You:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
* Previous experience supporting SEND pupils in a primary school setting
* A patient, empathetic, and reliable approach
* A strong commitment to inclusion and supporting every child's development
