The North West team, are looking to strengthen their Pre-Construction department with the addition of a 'Bid Coordinator or Bid Manager' to support their Senior Pre-Construction Manager with the new business plan. This a really dynamic and flexible role with plenty of variance to it. You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of high profile tenders, with schemes ranging from £10m to £100m +.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Coordinator based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for managing bid processes, preparing and submitting tender documents, and writing and compiling proposals. Key responsibilities include ensuring all bid materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with client objectives, as well as coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines and adhere to established timelines. This role plays a pivotal part in securing business wins and driving organizational growth.
Responsibilities
* Produce capability documents for bid submissions
* Information gathering from key members within business, obtaining technical information for bid submissions
* Pro active in creating case studies & pulling on the teams experience, capturing all key information for the bid
* Help diarise key meetings for the Regional Director. Book events and schedule key client meetings
* Has the license to attend client meetings and visits with team, to help capture important information and client drivers, to ensure they then factor those into the bids & team meetings
* Data entry into the new CRM
* Bid Writing. Answering PQQ’s

* Operating as a: Bid Writer, Coordinator, Manager or Proposals Management
* Eager to progress your career
* Ideal experience in the Building sector, but open to other fields of construction
* Manchester Based or based within commutable distance
